Yes. Anywhere in the Philippines.

How much is shipping charge?
Single unit orders would usually cost you around P75.00 (major destinations) per order. It goes up depending on the quantity and value of the goods. Time to time, we have FREE SHIPPING PROMO on selected items.

How do I track my order?
We will give you your tracking number thru SMS or email as soon as tracking number is available. Also, you can simply email orders@eviramall.com to follow-up the status of your order.

Who are your couriers?
LBC Express Philippines, Air21 Philippines and FedEx.

When will my order arrive?
As long as payment is confirmed before our cut-off time (3:00 P.M. Manila Time), next-day delivery can be expected unless otherwise stated on our email. Some selected items and remote locations require 2-3 days handling and shipping.

Can we choose a targeted delivery date?
Yes. We can arrange targeted delivery date without additional cost. This is most suited for special occasions, birthdays, etc. Note that, no exact time is promised and holidays can not be chosen as the targeted date.

What are the delivery days?
Delivery are from Mondays to Saturdays. No delivery on Sundays as well as holidays. For bulk and corporate orders, special delivery days can be arranged even on Sundays and holidays.

Do you deliver outside the Philippines?
We only ship outside the Philippines for Bulk Orders. If buyer is located outside the Philippines, payment is via bank wire transfer and if local buyer, payment is cash before item ship out. Most of the time buyer will pay for the shipping costs, duties and taxes.
