How do I place an order? Three simple ways of ordering: (A) Browse thru our catalog, put
item on your shopping cart then click CHECK-OUT. You will then
click CONTINUE for new users, and
SIGN IN
for returning
customer. Select shipping method and payment instruction.
Finally, confirm your order. (B) Just use our
Contact Form, state
the item or model you would like to buy, then click CONTINUE. We will then send you the
payment instructions. (C) Or by simply emailing us at
info@eviramall.com.
What is your cut-off time? All payments should be cleared and confirmed before 3:00 P.M.,
Manila Time, Mondays thru Saturdays, for your order to be
processed the same day. Otherwise, all payments confirmed
after cut-off time, delivery shall be processed the following
day.
What are your
payment methods? We accept both OFFLINE (via Bank Deposit) and ONLINE (thru
Credit Card) payments. We also accept CASH payment for bulk
delivery/orders and CASH upon pick-up. Payment transfer thru Western Union is also accepted.

Are your payment systems secure? Yes. During online payment, you will be redirected to a secure
page. All transactions are processed using a secure SSL
encryption network. For Offline payment, buyer shall make a
regular bank transfer/deposit.
How do you confirm our payment? (A) For online payment, we receive notification email for
successful online payments. We will then forward this email to
you and process delivery if confirmation is received before
3:00 P.M., Manila Philippines time. (B) For offline payment, simply fax us
the deposit slip or email scanned deposit slip to info@eviramall.com along with your complete name,
delivery address and item/s ordered.
